I wrote HOLDING MY BREATH to capture a personal inflection point: taking a leap of faith, even in a moment of uncertainty.
I hope the lyrics take the shape of whatever you need that little voice in your head to say to you in this moment – a call for a personal change or a political revolution.
For me, it was: “I’m done wading, waiting, holding my breath.”
